Vestibular Neuronitis
Vestibular neuronitis is a condition characterized as disequilibrium or vertigo originating from the balance nerves that is not associated with hearing loss.Outcomes for Vestibular Neuronitis
Most patients will have complete resolution of symptoms of vestibular neuronitis within several weeks of onset. Balance dysfunction, vertigo, and nausea/vomiting will resolve. A small percentage of patients will continue to have residual balance dysfunction that can be helped by vestibular physical therapy .
