Vestibular neuronitis is a condition characterized as disequilibrium or vertigo originating from the balance nerves that is not associated with hearing loss.

Complications for Vestibular Neuronitis

Because the virus that causes vestibular neuronitis damages the balance nerve, the person can experience symptoms such as dizziness, vertigo, nausea, vomiting, and/or general imbalance.
