Perilymphatic fistula is a condition in which fluid leaks out from the inner ear and causes hearing loss and disequilibrium or vertigo.Treatment for Perilymphatic Fistula
Treatment of this condition is controversial. Some advocate bed rest and time to allow the round window region to heal itself. Others advocate surgery to close the site of leakage.
